herts association of cultural officers (HACO)

HACO is the group that represents the voice of leisure and cultural services within Hertfordshire. This group meets on a quarterly basis.

The key objectives of HACO are:

• To bring senior leisure and cultural services officers together on a regular basis in order to share good practice and develop partnership working opportunities
• To help inform the strategic development of leisure and cultural facilities and services across Hertfordshire 
• To act as a powerful lobbying force concerning leisure and cultural matters at County, Regional and National levels
